THE GRIM CHALLENGE
The nifty nurses and sassy surgeons at The Cliffe Veterinary Group are
taking to the mud on the 1st December 2012.
This is bathing with a difference!!!
In a few weeks the team will run http://www.grimchallenge.co.uk/grim-8/ at Aldershot Tank
Training Barracks in Surrey raising money for Hounds for Heroes.
This is an 8 mile run/crawl/drag/walk through ice cold puddles, rivers, mud trenches, cargo nets and hills.

Please give anything you can to support this amazing task.
None of the girls are natural runners so winter training has begun.
Every penny counts towards this brilliant charity so please dig
deep as the girls will be running deep on the 1st December.
To make a donation please visit our Lewes Surgery
or post your donation to
Cliffe Veterinary Group Ltd, 21 Cliffe High Street, Lewes BN7 2AH
(please mark clearly that your donation is for the Grim Challenge).
Many thanks & come back early December to see how they got on,
how much money they raised and to see the muddy pictures.

The temperature was below zero, the icy puddles were frozen over but the team did it..................
In less than 2 hours each member of the team had crossed the finish line - and in the process helped to raise
over £2000 from this one event for Hounds for Heroes. Over the last 2 years we have raised over £5000 and
have every intention in continuing to help this amazing charity.
