Methods of payment

• Cash
• Credit/Debit card – Switch, Solo, Delta, Mastercard or Visa
• BACS (Bank Automated Credit Service)
• Cheque with current banker’s card

Prompt Payment

We offer a 10% discount on all fees settled at the time of consultation or the collection of medication. This discount will not apply to services claimed on insurance when we receive payment later. To maximise your insurance claim limit, we advise you to settle insurance work in full at the time and reclaim from your insurance company afterwards.

Estimates of treatment costs

We will, upon request, be pleased to provide an estimate as to the probable costs of any treatment, but please bear in mind that any estimate given can only be approximate – often an animal’s illness will not follow an exact estimate.

Direct Claims

A direct claim can only be processed with prior agreement from the Practice Manager, and is only available to existing clients with good credit history, the criteria of which has been outlined by the Practice. If you wish to make a direct claim, please make our team aware at the time of treatment. All direct claims will be subject to a administration fee. 

Out of hours charges

Out of hours emergency visits are subject to a surcharge. Visits will be charged at between £250 and £300 before treatment and medication.
