Ellie Casselden

Ellie studied at the University of Surrey where she gained her Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Science and became a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2022. Having spent time with us as a student she was convinced equine practice was for her and joined Cliffe just a few months after graduating.

After spending two years living onsite at our Laughton hospital as a House Vet, Ellie joined the Ambulatory Team in 2024 and enjoys all aspects of equine practice, but has an especially keen interest in anaesthesia and
inpatient care.

In her spare time, you’ll find Ellie flying up and down the hockey pitch at her local club in Lewes, baking some delicious cakes and spending time with friends and family.
